Homemade Kale Chips 🥬

Kale chips are super quick and easy to make and healthy too! They’re perfect for binge-eating while we’re all home nowadays.


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

🥬 Kale Leaves

🥬 Olive Oil - just enough to coat the kale

🥬 Salt & Pepper to taste


Tools:

• Baking Tray


METHOD:

All you need to do is toss the kale leaves in some olive oil, salt and pepper. Then bake them in a preheated oven at around 175°C for about 10 minutes till they’re crispy. Alternatively, you can also bake them them in an air fryer!


Tip: If your kale chips get soggy, you can just pop them back in the oven or air fryer for about 5 minutes and they will get their crunch back!
