This granola recipe is straight up delicious! You can eat it this in a variety of ways: by itself, with greek yogurt, with milk and many more. The base recipe is taken from Pooja Dhingra's 'Can't Believe It's Eggless!' Feel free to check out this link to an IGTV video I published on how to make this granola. Happy Baking!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 20-25 minutes

Total Time: 35 minutes

Ingredients:

• 200g Oats

• 50g Almonds & Hazelnuts, combined

• 50g dried Apricots, Cranberries & Blueberries, combined

• 20g Wheat Flakes

• 100g Butter

• 40g Brown Sugar

• Chocolate Chips

Tools:

• 2 mixing bowls

• 1 spatula

•1 baking sheet

•A piece of parchment paper

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 160C.

2. In a microwave safe bowl, add the butter and brown sugar and melt it.

3. In another bowl, add all your dry ingredients, except chocolate chips.

4. Add the butter-sugar mixture to the dry ingredients and combine well.

5. Transfer this granola mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake the granola at 160C for 20-25 minutes.

NOTE: Stir the granola twice when inside the oven (to prevent sticking) and once when you take it out.

6. Add chocolate chips, whatever quantity you'd like, stir one final time and you're done!
